As a former sugar addict, I can tell you that making a change is not easy
No: Sugar or other beverages with fructose-rich corn syrup, refined carbohydrates, aspartame, alcohol, foods high in trans fats or processed fats, low-fat diet. There are others, but these are the ones that need to be trimmed.
