Wayflyer: Revenue-based financing for e-commerce companies
Wayflyer is a Dublin-based startup that offers flexible financing options between $ 10,000 and $ 20 billion for e-commerce merchants. In this way, it allows e-commerce companies to better manage cash flow. The big round of financing of the series A was announced 14 months after the launch of its product, thus leaving a mark on the European B2B fintech scene. The firm currently has offices in Dublin, New York, London and Sydney. Recently, Wayflyer also opened a new U.S. office in Georgia and hired Jay Puentes as an experienced U.S. sales director.
Guillaume Pousaz detached office as an investor
The round was led by Left Lane Capital. Other investors are DST Global, QED Investors and Speedinvest. Another investor is Zinal Growth, the Swiss single-family office of Guillaume Pousaz. Pousaz is a Swiss businessman and founder of the successful payment platform Checkout.com
