The company has adjusted its expectations for the full year, now targeting 465 million francs in net income and 210 million francs in pre-tax profits, which was initially 130 million francs.

Swissquote continued to expand its offering of cryptocurrencies to retail and institutional customers. The company has more than 20 cryptocurrencies and 1.9 billion francs in crypto assets in its custody.

Recently, Switzerland took a step towards increasing legal certainty in cryptography. On August 1, the new Federal Law adapting federal law to developments in distributed electronic record technology came into force.

In May, Swissquote and PostFinance launched Yuh and two months later, the new digital app reached 20,000 active customers.
